Recently I had the pleasure of catching up with the lovely duo behind box boutique and having a snoop around their new and sparkling pop up store in the heart of Chelsea. Within seconds I fell in love with 2 pairs of shoes, 5 bags and 2 jackets.. oh yes and 1 picture!!
What do you do and why do you love your
job?
We are the founders of The Box Boutique –
complete heaven for shoe lovers and all things new, exclusive and beautiful. We
also recently opened a slightly quirkier version of it in form of a pop-up
concept store in the heart of trendy Chelsea! There on top of a great variety
of shoes and accessories you can also find everything from magic wand
star-shaped salt and pepper shakers and Cold Pressed Juices to fierce Minimale
Animale bikinis and cool ADYN casual wear. You can also have your Friday
make-up there done now! What is not to love?! :) We get to go to fashion shows,
be surrounded by gorgeous pieces day in day out, organize fashion events and
got a great opportunity to establish ourselves in this big world of Fashion.

Today, my dear stalkers is the last post of the feature 'Today I'm Wearing' by Pandora Sykes, the talented and very stylish fashion editor. Over the past week we've seen this little lady in some of her favourite wardrobe items, from leopard spots to vintage Levi's, I have to admit I have developed quite a style crush on this little lady!!

This has to be a close runner up for one of my favourite examples of styling by Pandora Sykes, fashion editor of TheDebrief.com, on this week/bank holiday feature. Leopard is one of those trends that prowls into the room pretty much every season, we all own at least one piece of it and we all equally love it. I'm a massive fan of how Pandora's styled it with a vintage sports tee and equally vintage slides, which she bought before they were announced by every fashion trend to be 'this summer's must have item'!

Recently I had the pleasure of meeting the lovely Pandora Sykes, journalist and style guru. Pandora has written for UK publications such as The Times, Spectator Life, Company, YOU, Metro and is now fashion editor of The Debrief.com (a must read website, if you don't already)! There are 2 reasons why food and fashion were separated at birth, numbero 1 they both start with the same letter, numbero 2 they are both as fabulous as each other. This is the exact reason I love interviewing food experts as much as I do fashion, therefore, let me introduce the awesome owner of Sam's Brasserie in Chiswick and Harrisons in Balham, Sam Harrison. All I can say.. best eggs in town! I met Sam a while ago at a foodie event at Number 10, which an old friend and talented blogger The Londoner and I popped along to. See what we got up to here.

I own and run Sam's
Brasserie & Bar in Chiswick and Harrison's in Balham. I love working with a
great team and striving every day to deliver the best possible levels of
customer service and food every day. Restaurants is a bit like theatre……..we do
2 performances daily! Well in fact we do 3 as we are open for breakfast, lunch
and dinner

J Crew's Bid To Save The Bee's

If you haven't already heard the exciting news of J Crews latest UK venture, then I strongly suggest you read on.... As I type J Crew are embarking on a store opening to top all store openings, in the old location of Link of London in Sloane Square. They have acquired this 4,500 square-foot unit and have erected the most awesome vertical 'living' garden on the exterior of the building, designed to attract and promote pollination. Jenna Lyons, J Crew's president and executive creative director was inspired to partner up with Buglife, after seeing a documentary about our dying Bee population. This subject is incredibly close to my heart as well, my mother and I are known as the worker bees in our family, so anything with a bee on it I tend to get very excited!!!

(a babysitting agency, age 10) to her first haunt/adventure as an international
model (Tokyo, age 14) fashion industry insider, expert, entrepreneur and broadcaster
Noelle has built up extensive knowledge and experience within fashion
and media. Noelle founded a diffusion brand with Zandra
Rhodes, OBE, marking the first time the icon designer has taken a
partnership in her 45 year career. Noelle’s success has
allowed her the freedom to pursue passions such as writing, blogging, and public
speaking. She contributes regularly to a variety of publications including Mail
on Sunday, VV, The Gent, acts as the celebrity blogger for Britain’s
leading department store House of Fraser, and speaks publicly for
the likes of the British Fashion Council.
What are you working on now and why do you love what you're doing?
My whole life – from the time I could understand basic things about life – has been about following my dreams. That’s a very difficult path – or at least for me it meant sacrifices, digging deep within yourself a lot, and dealing against high odds. This year, I feel I’m on course with my dream and it’s a deeply satisfying feeling. I get to be creative, be around creatives, and have the nice “wrapping paper” as I call it! Meaning the superficial benefits.

Marketing Manager for bluebellgray, a Scottish interiors brand. It's always busy and always so full of
colour. The studio we work in and the
girls I work work with are a constant source of inspiration - no matter what I
wear to work nothing is off limits!
